What Is An Emotional Elevator? – Sandee Byrd
What does it mean to be on an emotional elevator in life? Sandee Byrd knows first-hand what the elevator of emotions are. Christine McIver, CEO of Inspired Choices Network will be talking with Sandee Byrd, host of Emotional Elevator, about what it means to stop riding that emotional elevator and how to start elevating your emotions. Sandee will talk about the psychological emotions that come after trauma and how those emotions are associated with addiction which kept her only riding the elevator to the ground floor or staying in the parking garage.
Sandee didn’t realize that she was in control of the buttons on her emotional elevator until a decade ago. When Sandee decided she was done with just going from the parking garage to the ground floor that’s when she decided to push all the buttons and see where it took her. She got to the penthouse of life and decide to teach others how to get there too. Sandee realized that her addiction to food was stopping her from even getting on the elevator.
Sandee realized that she could break the cycles of addiction by elevating her emotions. Sandee teaches her clients the same techniques that she learned and has them riding their elevator to the floors they chose. Some of her clients are even sharing the penthouse floor with her.
