Today, we celebrate the first Christmas broadcast of Bill Myers Inspires with my special guest Ms. Sandy Lomax. Besides being a great singer who has performed all over the world, Sandy also has the distinction of having listened to most the Bill Myers Inspires podcasts live. So what better to celebrate Christmas Day than with a singalong lead by Sandy. We also will discuss her favorite episodes, interviews and guests, and also get her suggestions for topics and guests in 2021!

Ms. Sandy Lomax is widely regarded as “the Queen of Scat” and has performed as a jazz vocalist in NYC and abroad as an international artist. She has numerous recordings to her credit in the U.S. and throughout Europe. A truly talented artist, Sandy has also worked as an actress in the Freetown Village Theatre Company and is a gifted illustrator for many children’s books. Ms. Lomax has received numerous awards for her work including most recently a Creative Renewal Fellowship from the Arts Council of Indianapolis.

She is accompanied today by keyboardist, Mr. Mark Duerson.
