In today’s episode Dr Tina chats with Justine Reiss. We discuss how the PAUSE during the PANDEMIC, was her PIVOT point to realign her body and her PURPOSE. She took the time to PAUSE to revisit her past, using her present self to re-understand childhood as well as her marriage and her bout with breast cancer.

Looking through her life from her new lens of spirituality, it was like she put on a new set of glasses. She gained clarity of vision and changed her life to realign with a deeper version of herself. And now she wants to help others manifest this in their life.

Justine remembers a time when her voice was small and hidden behind the scenes. She fell in love with acting as a child but something kept her from stepping up and out. Years of voice over acting honed her craft but still she was unmoored. After her bout with breast cancer as well the infamous pandemic pause, she emerged more empowered and more willing to take the stage.

Moving in front of the camera, she now positions herself as a purpose driven woman and role model, empowering others to find their authentic voice, to step up and speak out. Whether she is in Los Angeles or around the world in Africa, she is dedicated to empowering and supporting women.
