Connected Leaders Academy

There was a time in my life when I couldn’t sit still. My mind was loud, and I was doing everything at once, being a student, running a business, caring for my kids, my home, and everyone around me. My body was exhausted, and my heart didn’t feel safe. I was living in constant masculine energy, building, providing, and surviving.

Then meditation found me, and everything changed. For years I lived in survival mode, always giving and doing, until I started my healing journey. I had to release so much, unfinished emotions with my parents, limiting beliefs, cultural and religious expectations, and even reevaluate my marriage. Once I let go, I found freedom, confidence, and my true self.

Meditation taught me to listen within, to take care of myself first, and to trust what I feel. It brought clarity, focus, and growth to my business and relationships. That’s what happens when the mind and body work together, they eliminate what no longer serves you and create space for peace.

Before meditating, remember these three steps:

1. Set an intention

2. Let go

3. Connect
