TV ~ Holding Space – What Does It Really Mean? ~ Jackie MottSat. Dec 19 AT 7:55 pm EST
Have you ever heard of this idea of holding space for someone? Do you know what it really means and how to be that space? When we hold space, what we are doing is providing a safe place for someone else to come and be heard. Unless you are asked, it is not your job to advise or try to fix things. When you’re holding space for someone, your job is simply to listen and allow them to express whatever needs to be expressed.
Join Jackie Mott on this week’s episode of Time to Rise & Thrive, “Holding Space – What Does it Really Mean?”, where she will share what it means to hold space for someone and how doing that can shift the dynamics of your relationships.
