Change can bring fear and excitement, grief and freedom, loss and possibility—all at once—and rather than rushing past those sensations, we can feel and metabolize them as part of becoming who we are next. We cannot control everything that happens to us, but we can keep asking: Where is my agency now? What am I choosing FOR? Who do I want to be from here? CHOICE becomes a practice: Consciousness, Home, Optimism, Intuition, Creator, and Energy/Eros—coming home to ourselves, listening to our inner knowing, choosing from our values, and following the energy that reminds us: I am still here, I am alive, and I get to participate in what comes next.
