Connected Leaders Academy

Your health doesn’t just affect your life. It affects your business success.

Forty-five years ago, I was working as a management consultant in my homeland, Germany, when suddenly I became sick as a dog. A doctor saved my life.

He discovered that I had a serious food and beverage addiction. Little did I know that this doctor would change my entire life, career and became the reason I am speaking to you today.

I did an internship to learn what he knew. I discovered that many of my clients — managers and top executives — had various addictions, often without even being aware of them.

I discovered among others that most people drink poor water, have poor sleep, have no protection from electromagnetic radiation (mobile phone, Wi-Fi- Bluetooth). All the above and more will influence your health, your decisions, your performance, and your professional success.

My job is to help you to recognize what may be controlling you without your knowledge.

Norbert Heuser is a German-born inventor, entrepreneur, international speaker, life and health coach, author, philosopher, and management consultant with 45 years of experience in the field of alternative medicine. Over the course of his career, Norbert has conducted more than 200 one- and two-day seminars, as well as numerous podcasts and interviews. His work has taken him to seven countries, while his lifelong curiosity has led him to travel to 39 countries around the world.

At the heart of Norbert’s work is a simple conviction: Most people have no idea how profoundly their modern lifestyle can influence their health, well-being, and in consequence their performance in their private life and business. His calling is to create awareness and provide knowledge that helps people take greater responsibility for their own health and support the body’s natural ability to heal itself.

One principle has guided his work for decades:

“Becoming aware of a problem is already half the solution.”

And another summarizes his philosophy:

“Health is no accident—and illness is no accident either.”

Through decades of working with managers and executives, Norbert became particularly interested in hidden lifestyle factors that people may not recognize in themselves among others: food and beverage dependencies, environmental influences such as electromagnetic fields, the quality of the water they consume, and poor sleep. Today, his mission remains remarkably simple: to help people see what they previously did not see—because the more you know, the more you see.
