Where are you Trying to Have a Broken Conversation?
Two articles came out in the past week that both point to broken conversations in business. The first discusses a new book by the Co-founder and Chairman of Linked and speaks to the fundamental dishonesty at the heart of employment today. The second, about Adobe Sr. VP of People and Places Donna Morris looks at what’s wrong with the standard performance appraisal conversations had in organizations around the globe. Both articles point to conversations that are just plain broken. This week we look at how to spot a broken conversation with yourself, in your business or in your workplace and what to do about it when you find it.
