Connected Leaders Academy

What if great leadership isn’t about being the person everyone needs, but about helping others discover what they’re capable of?

In this talk, Freedom Mentor and longtime leader Jackie Cote challenges the traditional idea that strong leadership means having all the answers, carrying the responsibility, and keeping everything under control.

Drawing from 30 years of leadership experience developing people and building strong teams, Jackie shares how the greatest leaders move from control to trust, doing to developing, and proving to being.

Through personal stories, audience participation, and her practical **PARRR framework—Pause, Assess, Respond, Receive, Release—**participants will explore how to lead themselves and others with greater trust, intention, and freedom.

Whether you lead in your career, business, family, ministry, or community, you’ll leave asking a powerful question: Does the way I lead create dependence, or does it create freedom?

Your greatest leadership legacy is not what you accomplish, but instead what you awaken in others.

Jackie Cote is your Freedom Mentor, International Speaker, Bestselling Author, I Got it Girl Podcast and RV Adventurist. As the owner of Jackie Cote Coaching, she empowers ambitious women to let go of control, simplify their lives, prioritize joy, and create purpose-driven lives filled with time, money, freedom, and love by doing what they love and living more.

A Jersey girl at heart, Jackie loves cooking (especially Italian dishes), traveling, and experiencing life fully—she’s even jumped out of a plane! After 30 years of leadership in the restaurant industry, mentoring hundreds to their next levels, she got fired from her last job ever in 2018. Jackie now lives her dream life as a full-time nomad with her husband and two pups, inspiring other women to awaken the badass within, own their magic, and unapologetically thrive in their freedom-filled lives.
