Riding the Winds of Change with Kass Thomas
Can you tell the difference between excitement and fear?
Are you asking for change and then refusing it when it shows up?
What are you asking for that is showing up but you don’t recognize it, ‘cuz it does not look like you thought it would?
Let’s work and play with some questions to find the responses to these questions. What really matters to you and how can you use questions to get more clarity about the little and the big choices in life?
When you are asking for change in different areas of your life and it starts showing up, it can feel pretty scary and it rarely looks the way you think it is going to look.
We are not in the world alone, and as smart as we are and as can be really exciting and when things are moving in your life and changes are occurring it can sometimes feel like a roller coaster ride. The anticipation of getting to the top of the hill and then the rush as it dips and turns and spins into what seems like it is going out of control.
What do you do when the wind gets behind your sails? Do you try to slow it down to where it is controllable and predictable? Wait until it is manageable and then use double the effort to try to get it going again?
Do you try to pull back? Or do you go with the flow? Ride the winds of change?
Let’s talk about some different ways of inviting the winds of change into your life and how to ride those winds and use the momentum to soar forward to a space that goes beyond what you could have ever imagined.
