The majority of our actions, reactions, thoughts and beliefs have either passed to us generationally or were formed when we were children, running like analog computers in our subconscious and dictating our day to day behaviors. In order to affect real lasting change, outside of talk therapy for 20 years, its vital to look at the programmed subconscious beliefs keeping us stuck. Traditional medicine treats the physical, chemical aspects of ourselves with medications or surgeries, however we miss treating the energetic and emotional parts of ourselves. At the core we are energetic beings and its essential that healing happens at this level as well. By utilizing integrative therapies to both balance us emotionally as well as energetically and mentally, we work on all levels for real lasting changes.

Dr. Elisa Peavey is an osteopathic physician, speaker, and transformational wellness leader who bridges science and intuitive healing. As the founder of Bōdhi, she helps individuals and families—modern, blended, or chosen—restore balance, build confidence, and create lives rooted in clarity and connection.

Bōdhi was created from the belief that lasting healing happens when families grow together. She supports parents, teens, and children in recognizing the subconscious patterns driving emotional chaos so they can rebuild connection at a deeper level.

Blending medical knowledge with holistic and intuitive practices, Dr. Peavey guides families to shift limiting beliefs, improve emotional regulation, and break generational cycles.
