While it is a fictional character in the Dr. Doolittle stories, we are exploring the pushmi-pullyu as it applies to the energies of cooperation and conflict. What do we do in those moments we lose ourselves in the aligning and agreeing or the resisting and reacting to a situation? How do we get out of the pushmi-pullyu cycle, to what is beyond the push and pull?
